This meant I had to multiply 200(9) and 320(6), which results in a Spritesheet that is 1800x1920 pixels large.Īs far as I've seen just trying to get my own templates together, that's about all there is to it. So, for example, I tried to make my own spritesheet template for sprites that would be 200x320 pixels each. If you wanted to make your own Sprites of any size, big or small, you need to make sure that the cells will match the same amount of columns and rows as the default sprite sheets (Which is 9 columns by 6 rows). To expand on my answer from earlier (Since I have just tested out making a sprite template for larger sprites):ĭo you mean that you just want to increase the size of the default sprites? In that case, just edit the sprite sheets to be whatever size you want, and RPG Maker MV should manage to select the sprites properly on it's own (So long as you have every frame/cell still in the image). ![]() ![]() Though I believe depending on the size of the sprites, you'll have to adjust where they are placed using the options shown at the end of that video (Not just for them floating, but extra large sprites might even go off-screen or otherwise not be where you want them). I believe all you have to do is import a larger sprite set in and it automatically should work?
